I. What AiBrands Is

AiBrands is a curated collection of domain names offered for sale or lease by url.ventures, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AiBrands," "we," "us," "our"). We are a domain-name seller. We are not a registrar, a registry, a broker-dealer, an appraiser, or a provider of financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

No affiliation

Domain names in this collection may describe categories, industries, or concepts associated with artificial intelligence and its infrastructure. The names describe categories, not endorsements. AiBrands and url.ventures are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, xAI, Mistral, or any other company, model, or product referenced descriptively on this site.

II. Terms of Sale & Use

By accessing this site, or by submitting an inquiry or offer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, close the tab.

How a sale works

• Every name is held at a major registrar (currently Spaceship or Dynadot). Inquiries and offers are handled directly by us — no third-party broker.
• Pricing and terms are provided in response to an inquiry. Listed thesis descriptions are not prices.
• A sale is complete only when payment has cleared and the domain has been transferred or pushed to the buyer at the registrar. Until then, no interest in the name transfers.
• Domains are sold as-is. You are responsible for your own due diligence, including registrar transfer eligibility, renewal costs, and any trademark considerations (see Section IV).
• All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Registrar transfer, push, or escrow mechanics follow the applicable registrar's terms.

Permitted & prohibited use of this site

You may browse, inquire, and share links. You may not scrape or bulk-download this site for commercial use, misrepresent your identity or intent, submit fraudulent offers, or use the site to manipulate any market or deceive any party.

Modifications & governing law

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted. These terms, and any dispute arising from AiBrands, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

III. Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site.

What we collect

• Inquiry data: When you submit the inquiry form, we receive your name, email, the domain(s) of interest, and your message — used solely to respond and, if a deal proceeds, to complete it.
• Analytics: Standard, anonymized usage measurement (page views, referral source, device type, general region).

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We don't collect passwords, payment card numbers, or identity documents on this site.
• We don't build advertising profiles.

Form handling is provided by FormSubmit and hosting/delivery by Cloudflare, each under its own terms. We share your data only with the providers that help us respond to you, and only as needed — never for sale.

IV. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The AiBrands name, site design, curation, and editorial descriptions are the property of url.ventures, LLC. Descriptive references to third-party companies, models, or products are nominative and do not imply any relationship.

Your trademark responsibility

Domain names may be subject to trademark rights and to dispute procedures including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS), and the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA). We do not evaluate whether any specific name infringes a third party's rights, and nothing on this site is legal advice. You are solely responsible for confirming that any name you acquire, use, or monetize does not infringe the rights of others.

V. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless url.ventures, LLC, AiBrands, and their affiliates, officers, members, managers, employees, and agents (the "Indemnified Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or relating to: your use of this site; your acquisition, use, renewal, or monetization of any domain purchased or leased through us; your violation of these terms or any law; or any trademark, UDRP, URS, ACPA, right-of-publicity, or similar proceeding relating to a name you obtained.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Indemnified Parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost opportunity — arising from this site or any transaction. The aggregate liability of the Indemnified Parties for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or (b) the amount you actually paid us for the specific domain giving rise to the claim.

No guarantee of value

Domain markets are subject to negotiation, timing, buyer intent, and factors no description can capture. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of resale value, future price, or business outcome.
